At ShortDressDeals, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your denim skirt, little black dress, or any other item from our collection, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items, provided they meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items, intimate apparel, or any items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our fashion-loving customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return to our boutique address (provided with your RAN) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Damaged or Defective Items

If your maxi dress, mini skirt, or other item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
